Hosted by the United Arcadians of San Francisco #35. The events and format will be similar to our past Western District Conventions. There will be a Meet and Greet Reception on Friday night, May 30th. The District Convertion meeting will be on Saturday, May 31st. And finally, a dinner will be held on Saturday night. Please elect your chapter delegates for the conference according to your 2013 membership and submit the Western District Delegate form by the deadline of April 28, 2014. Note that the delegate fee is $170. Non-delegate tickets are also available for lunch ($45) and dinner ($65). Please inform all Members/Delegates at your next meeting.
Also note that Arcadian of the Year Nomination forms are due by May 23, 2014. Please e-mail your completed Nomination form and bio to the District Governor by the deadline date.
The Arcadians of Oakland, Skopi #85 invite you to attend their 69th Annual Macaronada Chicken Dinner and Apokriatiko Glendi on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the Ascension Community Center in Oakland, CA. Cocktails start at 5:30 and dinner will be served at 7:00 pm. Live music will be provided by Kymata with dancing starting at 9:30 pm. Adults are $55 (including open bar) and chidren under 12 are $20.

The United Arcadians of San Francisco #35 invites members, their families and fellow Arcadians to their Annual Vasilopita Dinner and Raffle on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 6:30 pm. The dinner will be held at the George & Tula Christopher Center of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church at 999 Brotherhood Way in San Francisco. The Arcadians of Oakland, Skopi #85 will have their annual picnic at the beautiful Osage Station Park in Danville on Sunday, September 15, 2013. There is no charge for members and guests are only $10 per person. It is imperative that you make reservations so that enough food can be ordered. It is time for the annual San Diego Arcadian dinner dance and scholarship fundraiser, Destiny of Distinction. It is time to renew friendships and catch up after a long summer. Once again your family and friends can expect a delicious prime rib dinner, live music, entertainment, prizes, and lively conversation.
Join us as we celebrate an evening honoring our Arcadian Family of Distinction, the Georggin Family, and Scholars of Distinction Michael A. Balourdas and Alexi J. Rigopoulos.
This will be an exceptional evening for your entire family to participate in honoring our culture, our youth, and recognize an outstanding family who have contributed much to our comminity throughout the years. Cocktails begin at 5:30 with dining and dancing to follow all for $55.

The United Arcadians of San Francisco #35 will be celebrating their 81st year on Saturday, October 5, 2013. The celebration will feature a show of Arcadian entertainment with folk music and dancing. Entertainment directly from Valtetsiniko, Tripolis, Greece will include the Father-Son team of Christos Ntavelis and Giannis Natavelis. They will be accompanied by members of the local band "Fotia".
The dinner dance will be held at the Patio Espanol Club Hall, 2850 Alemany Blvd in San Francisco. Cocktails will start at 5:30 pm and dinner will be served at 7:00 pm. Entree choices include prime rib, salmon, or vegetarian, with wine included. The cost is $75 for adults and $25 for children 12 and under.
