The Arcadians of Denver are excited to announce that we will be having our annual scholarship picnic on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the Brotherhood of Saint George Monastery, 361 Forest St. Denver, CO 80220, starting at 1:00 pm. This picnic will help us raise funds for the several scholarship awards our chapter gives out every year to our Blessed young adults who are starting their university education. These awards will help pay a little of their enormous expenses, in which every penny helps. So, please attend our family picnic after church service and enjoy some delicious hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled-pork sandwiches, potatoes, salad, and desserts, with of course great Greek music.
So keep your Fourth of July spirit going just a little more and enjoy some more BBQ, and help us provide our loved and precious sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, Godchildren, and grandkids, a supreme education, so that they will be successful and keep our Greek families, Orthodox religion, and culture strong and alive in the future.
