Pan Arcadian Federation of America West District

Important Letter to all PFA WD Chapters

March 20, 2020

PFA Western District Chapter Presidents and Secretaries,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic spreading throughout the communities where we all live and work, the PFA Western District Convention scheduled for May 1-3, 2020 in Tracy, California has temporarily been postponed.  A date for rescheduling the District Convention will be determined.

All administrative business conducted at the District Convention is being postponed.

Accepting Scholarship applications and the awarding of these Scholarships will be moved to a later date.

The District Lodge will monitor the advice and recommendations from the government and public health officials in making decisions on how we will move forward.

The only goal is to protect the health and safety of the PFA members, our families, friends, and the community at large.

Thank you for being part of this great Arcadian Family.  Please take the recommended steps to protect yourself and others from contracting this virus and to mitigate its spread.

Please share this decision with the members of your chapter

Stay safe. Be well.
